The slope stable project of Nanning International exhibition center in Guangxi Province is the key procedure in the whole project. In this project. With poor geological conditions, there is a lot of soft sand, strong differentiation strata and more groundwater. Even in some places, the amount of groundwater has been saturated. So the normal drilling rig can not drill holes easily and there will be more hole collapse.
Collocation of Anchor
One row of self-drilling hollow bar should be positioned on every stair with distance of 3m. The distance of holes also should be 3m. The depth of a hole should be 18~30m. Anchoring force should be 450KN.
The tail of self-drilling hollow bar should be pouring into retaining walls to improve the integrity of stress system, and safety and rationality of self-drilling hollow bar.
The proposal scheme for the slope of large stairs is the same. At the place with a length of 15m should build retaining walls vertically with a stair. 5 rows of self-drilling hollow bars should be positioned with the distance of 2.5m, The distance of holes is 3m, the depth of holes should be 18~30m. Anchoring force of each hole should be 450KN.
At the foot of large stair slope retaining walls, there should be a row of self-drilling hollow bars with depth of 12m. The distance of holes is 3m. Anchoring force of each hole should be 320KN, the angle of self-drilling hollow bar should be downward 45° horizontally.
All the self-drilling hollow bars should be whole-section grouted to make effect of its tensile resistance and shear resistance ability.
