Keep Learning: Never too Late to Learn

One annual keyword of Sinorock in 2014 is “Team Promotion”. In order to reach this goal, Sinorock has taken many measures to help team growing since the beginning of this year.

Looking back upon the past few months, Sinorock has held a series of trainings for staff. For example, we have invited several famous people, who are from different fields, to give us lectures. We have the opportunity to communicate with them to get fresh ideas and thoughts.

We also start to attach importance to sharing. Every Monday morning, we hold a sharing session in the office with everyone’s attendance. On each session, there is a colleague to share his/her ideas with other people. If anyone has different views, he/she can express his/her opinion. Through the sharing sessions, we can exchange ideas.

There is an old saying in China: It’s never too late to learn. That is to say, we should keep learning for all of our life. As to the individual level, we must keep learning to grow. We can learn not only from books, but also from our leader, our colleagues, our friends and other people from different fields. For the company, only establishing a study team can keep the company developing. So, the company must create learning opportunities for employees.

Sinorock is a developing enterprise. It is trying the best to help staff learning. We hope our company can develop well.
