Sinorock’s Hollow Bar has been tested by SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services Co., Ltd. Nanjing Branch to evaluate its tensile properties. The SGS test report, No. NJIN2511002861ML02_EN, was issued on November 19, 2025. The tested product was a SDR38/20-500-400-W5.50 Hollow Bar made of Q355B steel.
SGS Tensile Test Results
The tensile test was conducted on an unmachined specimen. The tested hollow bar achieved a maximum force of 587.41 kN, a tensile strength of 838 MPa, and a proof strength of 776 MPa. The percentage total elongation at maximum force (Agt) was 5.0%.
The report also records elongation after fracture of 9.5% at L0=150 mm, 12.5% at L0=100 mm, and 9.0% at L0=200 mm.
