Sinorock always pays attention to the growth of staff. In August 2014, Sinorock organized 10 staff to attend the training about executive ability. It is the second time to attend this training. The first time was in August 2013.
In the training, there were about 200 people in total. The teacher divided all the people into 4 groups, and then organized them to play games and compete. The teaching method is interesting and efficient. All the people learned how to make work plan and improve the work efficiency through the games.
After the training, the 10 staff gave a sharing session to other colleagues. On the sharing session, they summarize the knowledge they’ve learned and their feelings. Through the sharing session, everyone gained knowledge.
